Leverage U reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its courses, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Leverage U shall not be liable to you (the customer) or to any third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of a course.

If Leverage U terminates your access to a course as a result of a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any refund. Leverage U reserves the right at all times and in its sole discretion, to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these conditions are breached.

Once a course or product has been purchased, it is deemed final and no course fees will be refunded.

Leverage U does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that the Services will meet your requirements. You acknowledge that access to and use of the Services is at your own risk, and Leverage U does not provide any warranties regarding such access or use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leverage U, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and third party service providers from any claims, losses, damages or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any breach by you of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leverage U governing your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements in this regard. If any part of these Terms are held invalid or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. If there is any dispute between you and Leverage U arising out of or related to these terms, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within the United States. No choice of law rules apply.
